Job summary

Nokia is seeking an experienced SAP SD/WM/EWM specialist to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions and to maintain enabling SAP applications. The role involves leading end-to-end processes, requirements validation, and coordination with multiple business functions in a global context.

The candidate will drive integration with FI, MM and CS, develop specifications for reports and interfaces, and manage testing cycles while enabling scalable best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP SD and WM implementation experience in large transformations.
• Depth of SAP Sales and Distribution knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The role is responsible for design, configure and implement solution in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Sales & Delivery (SD) area and the functional maintenance of the enabling ERP applications.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Participate in warehouse management implementation activities and act as a liaison with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend ERP related best practices.
• Participate in user sessions for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, configuration, unit testing, and UAT.
• Act as a functional subject matter expert of SAP end-to-end SD, WM, and EWM process; including Put away/Picking strategies, Automatic TO creation, Inventory Cycle count, HUM and Serial management (full end to end delivery flow). Integration to FI, MM, and CS.
• Develop functional specifications for the development of reports, forms, configurations, interfaces, and enhancements in WM areas.
• Manage and coordinate changes and unit and regression testing with integration partners.
• Collaborate with other functional and technical teams on business needs, information, applications, and long-term plans while helping to ensure integration with strategic plans.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts, perform unit testing, coordinate user acceptance testing to resolve and close defects.
• Develop work instructions and job aids for end user training.
• Manage business process mapping, process re[1]engineering and gap analysis. Recommend opportunities for streamlining, consolidating and optimizing processes.
• Assist with solution strategies for business requirements, enhancement requests and defect fixes. Identify, develop and deliver business and technical solutions.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a global environment; interacting with and influencing business partners at all levels.
• Support the development of standardized/centralized analytical reporting.
• Support the identification, prioritization, and implementation of new platform and process capabilities.
• Support change management and training relative to new processes or platforms; coordinate user testing and acceptance.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

• Bachelors’ or Master's degree in relevant field with minimum of 10 years of SAP SD and WM related implementation experience working in big and complex transformations with at least 2 full life cycle implementations
• Experience in designing and configuring SAP SD/WM and corresponding SAP certifications and EWM is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution
• Deep knowledge of SAP WM Put away/Picking strategies, Automatic TO creation, Inventory Cycle count, HUM and Serial management
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to develop sustainable relationships with key senior business stakeholders
• Ability to network within the IT and business environment
• International team Management

Nice-To-Have:

• Ability to travel at a short notice
• Experience working on third party integrations
• Good understanding of integration points to MM and LE
• Good understanding on Fiori apps, role design for Fiori apps
• ABAP debugging and programming experience
