Job Responsibilities
- Provide support for Mac OS including installation and troubleshooting, as well as Mac software installation.
- Manage Office 365 services such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
- Utilize SCCM for system management and deployment.
- Offer remote support to end-users.
- Install and troubleshoot network printers.
- Configure and troubleshoot network services including DNS, DHCP, and domain joining.
- Implement and follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Maintain understanding of OST & PST files, and email protocols such as POP3 and Exchange.
- Have knowledge of cable crimping, subnet masks, and IP address classes.
- Use ticketing tools effectively, manage SLAs, and handle incident and service management.
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues on both Windows and Mac operating systems.
