Job summary

• Cyber security experience with CASB and XDR solutions.
• Experience with hosted and cloud-based virtual environments.
• Networking support experience including Azure.
• Kubernetes deployment and support experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to continually improve cyber security to protect the business, improve services and increase efficiency.
• Support the technical security stack and ensure robust security and reporting framework for all critical systems.
• Ensure documentation and support processes are compliant, in place and regularly reviewed.
• Support internal and external relationships with security partners and clients.
• Work with the IT Service Desk to ensure incident/problem management is completed effectively.
• Support full infrastructure including networks both physical and cloud.
• Provide automated response and repair solutions where required.
• Work as part of infrastructure team to implement new technologies.
• Review security best practice guides and ensure they apply to the network infrastructure.
• Penetration test management and remediation management.
• Vulnerability testing of applications and websites owned and created by the Group.
• Work with 3rd party suppliers and support the technical security stack as well as provided support on security and infrastructure incidents.

Job description

Overall Purpose of The Job:

• Action information and cyber security requirements for the organisation and support the V infrastructure to level 3. You will also be responsible for supporting a range of projects to monitor and secure the network as well as supporting the operational side of the business and providing third line support to the IT Helpdesk.
• You will also be part of the strategic planning of the technology roadmap to support the Groups ambitious growth plans. This will also involve working within both the security and infrastructure teams providing a knowledge share to the service desk team.

• Background in infrastructure security and previously worked with industry recognized security tooling and network management.
• Experience in remediating penetration testing and vulnerability findings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security and infrastructure issues.
• Cyber Security experience and appropriate knowledge of current CASB and XDR solutions.
• Supporting both hosted and cloud based virtual.
• Experience in Networking support including Azure.
• Kubernetes experience deployment and support.
• Experience in deployment and support of Virtual environments.

Desirable:

• System migration experience, focussed on move from traditional on premise to cloud.
• Experience in deployment and support of both hosted and cloud based AI architecture.
