LPL Financial Global Capability Center in Hyderabad is seeking an IT Reporting Lead to drive the development, maintenance, and enhancement of IT reports and dashboards that inform IT operations, performance, and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in IT reporting or BI, strong skills in Power BI or Tableau, and the ability to translate business needs into technical reporting solutions. You will collaborate with IT teams and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and security metrics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.

Job Summary

The IT Reporting Lead at LPL Financial Corp will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and enhancement of IT reports and dashboards, providing critical insights into IT operations, performance, and compliance. This role will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within the IT department.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex IT reports and dashboards using various reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders (e.g., Infrastructure, Applications, Security, Operations) to gather and understand reporting requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data presented in all IT reports.
• Establish and maintain robust data governance practices for IT reporting.
• Develop and implement processes for report validation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in IT reporting and analytics.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on reporting insights to IT leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and extracting reporting data from them is a plus.
