Job summary

Alstom Transport India Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for Engineering to lead IS&T projects within the Engineering domain. You’ll develop and organize project plans, ensure adherence to global and regional roadmaps, and coordinate with PMO, IS&T, and Engineering teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 9+ years in IS&T project management, knowledge of standard methodologies, PMP or equivalent, and strong communication and leadership skills.

IT Project Manager for Engineering

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in the innovative field of Information Systems and Technology for Engineering. You’ll work alongside dedicated, resourceful teammates. You'll drive the successful delivery of IS&T projects within the Engineering domain. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (PMO, IS&T, and Engineering), optimize delivery models, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of developing and organizing project plans, ensuring adherence to our global and regional roadmaps and governance processes, but also managing project resources and interdependencies.

We’ll look to you for:

• Organizing and delivering projects in line with strategic roadmaps
• Contributing to the optimization of delivery models and cost-quality balance
• Applying standard methodologies and processes with appropriate tools and documentation
• Resource planning and capacity management for projects
• Leading project strategy, management, and stakeholder engagement
• Controlling project scope, budget, and risk management
