Job summary

Infosys is seeking a project management professional to take end-to-end ownership of a project within the FINACLE service line. You will lead proposal preparation, review estimations, gather inputs from stakeholders, and position Infosys to win deals while ensuring successful delivery and implementation.

You will schedule assignments, monitor progress, manage risks, and coach the team with timely feedback. This role emphasizes thought leadership and adherence to Infosys guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture and database administration related to NOSQL and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and risk management.
• Exposure to proposal preparation and stakeholder input capture for deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery and bottom-line accountability.
• Coordinate proposal preparation and project estimations to position Infosys for winning deals.
• Monitor, review and report project status; manage risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Coach teams, provide training, and recognize high performance.
• Contribute to thought leadership and ensure compliance with Infosys guidelines.

• As part of the Infosys project management team, your primary role would be to take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project.
• You will lead the proposal preparation, review the project estimations, capture inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys suitably in order to seal the deal.
• You will schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status regularly in order to manage project risks and ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
