Job summary

Sap India Private Limited is seeking an IT Project Associate to support the SCI Storage Delivery team. The role offers exposure to ITSM operations, governance, risk management, lifecycle management, and project coordination in a cloud infrastructure context.

The candidate will learn through hands-on activities, contribute to incident/problem/change management, plus project tracking and documentation to support global cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support ITSM activities including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Support operational processes such as Risk Management and Lifecycle Management.
• Maintain and update operational records, trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and tracking of assigned actions.
• Follow defined operational processes and escalate issues when required.
• Provide basic support to Project Managers with project tracking and status updates.
• Assist activities within projects and improvement initiatives and gain exposure to project management.
• Manage assigned tasks within agreed timelines and priorities.
• Work with team members to complete assigned operational activities.
• Gain practical experience in governance, ITSM, risk management, lifecycle management, and project management.

What you do

As part of the SCI Storage Delivery team, you will support the day-to-day operations of storage environments used by several external and internal cloud solutions. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), operations governance, risk and lifecycle management, and project management.

• Support ITSM activities including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
