• Maintain and update operational records, trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and tracking of actions.
• Follow defined operational processes and escalate issues when required.
• Provide basic support to Project Managers with project tracking, documentation, action items, and status updates.
• Support assigned activities within projects and improvement initiatives and gain exposure to project management.
• Manage assigned tasks within agreed timelines and priorities.
• Work with team members to complete assigned operational activities.
• Gain practical experience in operations governance, ITSM, risk management, lifecycle management, and project management.

What you'll do

As part of the SCI Storage Delivery team, you will support the day-to-day operations of storage environments used by several external and internal cloud solutions. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), operations governance, risk and lifecycle management, and project management.

Your key responsibilities will include:
