Job summary

Pineswift Technologies is seeking an IT Partner Governance professional in Gurugram to govern external IT partners/vendors and ensure service delivery per contracts and KPIs. You will drive governance, compliance, and risk management across multiple vendors while collaborating with IT, procurement, and business teams.

You will lead SLA management, performance reviews, and escalation handling, with a focus on continuous improvement and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Must manage and govern external IT partners/vendors and ensure delivery as per contracts, SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and governance requirements.
• Experience in onboarding and governance setup for new vendors.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are hiring an IT Partner Governance who shall report to Governance and Compliance Head. The person will be responsible for managing and governing external IT partners/vendors and ensuring they deliver services as per agreed contracts, SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors/managed service partners.
• SLA & Contract Management: Ensure vendors meet contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, and commercial obligations.
• Performance Monitoring: Review vendor performance, prepare monthly reports/dashboards, and conduct governance meetings.
• Issue & Escalation Management: Identify service gaps, resolve conflicts/issues, and ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and operational processes.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify vendor-related risks and ensure regulatory, security, contractual, and compliance requirements are met.
• Audit Support: Support audits and ensure audit observations are closed on time.
• New Partner Engagement: Support onboarding, contract establishment, and governance setup for new vendors.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal IT, business, procurement, finance, security, and other teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, priorities, and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Certifications: ITIL/COBIT preferred.
