Job summary

Actualize is seeking an experienced IT cert lifecycle and PKI professional to lead certificate management, DNS architecture, and hybrid identity initiatives. The role focuses on enterprise IT services, security posture, and automation across certificate workflows and integration with APIs.

The candidate will collaborate with security and operations teams to ensure reliable SSL/TLS deployment, DNS lifecycle activities, and governance aligned with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience in enterprise or shared services.
• 3+ years managing SSL/TLS certificates and lifecycle with OpenSSL, Certbot, ACME, CSR generation and key management.
• 5+ years directory services and hybrid identity architecture.
• 5+ years service management or coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of PKI, DNS architecture and certificate technologies.
• Experience with certificate lifecycle tools such as Sectigo SCM is desirable.
• Experience with DNS management including domain lifecycle activities.
• DNSSEC knowledge is an advantage.
• Automation scripting (Python) and APIs integration preferred.
• Power BI or reporting tools is a plus.
• Solid ITIL processes understanding and proven IT service delivery.

Job description

• 3+ years of experience managing SSL/TLS certificates and certificate lifecycle including experience with OpenSSL, Certbot, ACME, CSR generation, and key management is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in directory services and hybrid identity architecture.
• 5+ years of service management or coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of PKI, DNS architecture, and certificate technologies is mandatory.
• Experience with Certificate Lifecycle tools such as Sectigo (SCM) is desirable.
• Experience managing advanced certificate use cases (code signing, device certificates, SAML, client authentication)
• Experience with DNS management including domain lifecycle activities is mandatory.
• Knowledge of DNSSEC is an advantage.
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python) is preferred.
• Experience with APIs and automation integration.
• Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proven track record delivering IT services and projects.
