Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in India seeks an experienced IT infrastructure specialist to align internal applications with Bosch standards, design secure and scalable platforms, and manage deployment readiness.

You will lead onboarding of new applications, automate deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting, and provide on-call support while collaborating with global teams to deliver reliable IT services, including AI-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering/CS degree required.
• 4–7 years of IT/infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Linux/Windows server administration.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell/Python/Ansible).

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for internal teams, advising on Bosch standards.
• Design and plan IT infrastructure for new applications, ensuring security and stability.
• Lead onboarding of new applications from planning to go-live.
• Deliver reliable IT services and continuously improve offerings.
• Provide on-call support and travel to customer sites when needed.
• Act as consultant guiding IT and business partners, focus on AI solutions.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• You will be the go-to expert for internal teams, providing clear advice on how to set up their applications to meet Bosch standards and Central Directives.
• Help design and plan the right IT infrastructure for new applications, ensuring they are secure, stable, and ready for launch.
• Lead the process of bringing new applications into our systems, from the first planning meeting to the final go-live day.
• Deliver reliable and high-quality IT services that meet our promises to customers. You'll always look for ways to make our services even better.
• Assist in creating plans for new projects, be ready to provide on-call support for urgent issues, and travel to customer sites when your expertise is needed in person.
• Looking for a candidate with a strong technical foundation and a passion for helping others.

Your Technical Skills:

Expert In:

• Operating Systems: Managing both Linux and Windows servers.
• Modern Applications: Using Docker and Kubernetes to run applications.
• Automation: Writing scripts to make work faster and more reliable (using tools like PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).

Good Knowledge Of:

• Databases: Basic management of databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Monitoring Tools: Using tools like Splunk or New Relic to check system health.
• DevOps Tools: Using Git, Jenkins, and Ansible to build and deploy software automatically.
• Networking and Security: Understanding how networks, firewalls, and security work.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Engineering / Degree in Computer Science

Experience :

4 -7 Years
