Job summary

Alackrity Consols Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an IT Infrastructure – OEM & Vendor Relationship Executive/Manager to lead partnerships with OEMs, distributors and IT vendors for enterprise-scale projects. You will manage deal registrations, pricing negotiations and timely hardware/software procurement.

You will coordinate with internal technical and procurement teams, monitor AMC renewals and software licenses, and evaluate new vendors to improve pricing and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT, Electronics or Commerce is preferred.
• MBA or Diploma in Supply Chain or Vendor Management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with OEMs and distributors.
• Handle deal registrations, quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal technical and procurement teams on requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure – OEM & Vendor Relationship Executive/Manager to manage partnerships with OEMs, distributors and IT vendors for enterprise-level infrastructure projects. The role involves maintaining strong alliances with major OEMs (HP, Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Lenovo, etc.), handling deal registrations, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely procurement of IT hardware and software components.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with OEMs and distributors.
• Handle deal registration, quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal technical and procurement teams on requirements.
