The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of IT support experience, familiarity with GXP/GMP, and strong troubleshooting, network, and security skills to ensure accurate documentation and compliant IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of working IT support experience, preferably in a laboratory or pharmaceutical environment.
• Familiarity with GXP and GMP regulations, with experience in compliant IT systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Laboratory IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and IT teams to address issues, ensure system reliability, and minimize downtime under GXP/GMP.
• Perform routine maintenance: updates, backups, and security patches to maintain system integrity and security.
• Assist in implementing new IT systems, ensuring seamless integration with lab workflows and compliance requirements.
• Document support activities: incident reports, service requests, and resolution procedures for compliance records.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Laboratory IT support and regulatory requirements.

• Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and IT security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with laboratory staff, IT teams, and regulatory authorities.
