Job summary

InSync Analytics Corp. seeks an experienced IT leader to drive strategy, governance, and digital transformation in a FinTech/financial services context. The role oversees cloud/on-prem infrastructure, security, and compliance across RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and DPDP India guidelines.

You will manage budgets, lead teams, and partner with auditors while advancing platform operations for payments, banking integrations, and fintech offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• MBA/MCA preferred.
• 12-18 years of IT experience with leadership in FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Payments or Financial Services.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

IT Strategy & Governance

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Lead technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of mission-critical systems.
• Oversee network architecture, servers, storage, databases, and endpoint management.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Information Security & Risk Management

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity frameworks and controls.
• Implement security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
• Ensure protection of customer data, financial transactions, and critical business systems.
• Conduct security audits, penetration testing, and risk assessments.
• Manage identity and access management (IAM), endpoint security, and data encryption.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDP Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during compliance reviews.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.

FinTech Platform Operations

• Ensure seamless operation of payment gateways, banking integrations, APIs, and transaction processing systems.
• Monitor platform performance and system uptime.
• Manage production environments and release management processes.
• Support fintech products including lending, payments, wallets, digital banking, or wealth-tech platforms.

Vendor & Third-Party Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, cloud providers, payment partners, and security consultants.
• Evaluate and onboard technology solutions and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and service agreements.

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of innovation, security awareness, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA/MCA preferred.
• 1218 years of IT experience, with at least 57 years in a leadership role within FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Payments, or Financial Services.
