Job summary

Snapscale Philippines seeks an experienced IT Director (Global) to shape IT strategy and run secure, scalable operations across India, the US and the Philippines. You will own infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking and IAM, while ensuring HIPAA‑compliant processes and strong audit readiness.

Leading 24/7 operations, you will manage budgets, vendor relationships and a distributed IT team, aligning technology with business goals and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in an IT leadership role.
• Experience in BPO, ITES, Healthcare, or Shared Services environments.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and IAM.
• Hands‑on knowledge of HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing endpoint security, MDM, EDR, patch management, and device lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, VLANs, and network security.
• Experience managing 24/7 IT operations, disaster recovery, business continuity, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
