  • Contribute to Continuous Monitoring and overall implementation of Group Audit Methodology.
  • Undertake audit assignments, draft and consolidate audit reports and facilitate finding tracking and control validation.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and special inquiries.

Role Description

You will be responsible for auditing Deutsche Bank’s Cyber Security and technology controls. You will be involved in the planning, preparation, coordination and effectiveness of internal controls related to Cyber Security primarily within TDI Cyber Security team but also participating in other audits providing technical SME input. Responsibilities will also include contributing to audit reports as well as tracking and closing audit findings. You will work as part of a global team, spread across the UK, Germany, US, and Singapore.

Your key responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of cyber security controls in accordance with Group Audit
  • Contribute to Continuous Monitoring and overall implementation of Group Audit Methodology.
  • Undertake audit assignments, draft and consolidate audit reports for review by audit management and facilitate finding tracking and validate controls
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and special inquiries.
  • Work closely with colleagues in New York, Jacksonville, London, Birmingham, Berlin, Frankfurt and Singapore
Your skills and experience
  • University degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or a related scientific degree
  • Certifications as CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent
  • Project management or process-/quality management would be an advantage
  • Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Cyber Security, IT infrastructure, IT production, IT operation such as system administration software development for IT infrastructure applications
  • Experience in IT Audit, IT risk management or information security
  • A fundamental understanding of the following Audit disciplines: audit concepts (e.g. pre-/post implementation audits), controls in outsourced project management and auditing IT service- and quality management
Skills That Will Help You Exc
  • Very good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in conflicts and at all management levels
  • Experiences in analyzing and articulating Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure risks combined with a good understanding of IT services and IT processes in an enterprise
  • Technical experience in Cyber Security domains and willingness to learn and grow knowledge
  • Flexibility, pro-active, self-sufficient and innovative with strong organizational skills to take ownership and responsibility of agreed targets and manage completion of audit projects
  • Ability to multi-task assignments and prioritize the workload with limited supervision and be resilient under pressure and the ability to deliver in a timely manner
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
