Job summary

People's Growth HR Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional (HAM+SAM) for a remote role. The ideal candidate has 10–11 years of experience and will manage asset lifecycles, create process documents, and develop dashboards for senior management.

The role requires strong knowledge of ServiceNow (tickets, CI assets) and collaboration with procurement and finance to ensure proper accounting and reporting of assets. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage asset lifecycle and SAM/HAM processes end-to-end.
• Create and maintain process documentation and dashboards for senior management.
• Attend client meetings to capture requirements and align on scope.
• Use ServiceNow for tickets, CI assets, and change management.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance for asset accounting and reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve asset management efficiencies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Title: IT Asset Management(HAM+SAM)

Location: Remote

Timings: Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Required)
Experience: 10-11 Years

Must have skills:

• knowledge of lifecycle management of Asset Management.
• Experience in creating process documents.
• Analyzing the data and generating a dashboard to senior management.
• Attend regular meetings with Clients to document the requirements.
• Knowledge on ServiceNow Tickets(Tasks, Incident, Change request).
• Knowledge on ServiceNow to Create and Manage CI(Assets, Server).
• Creating Knowledge Articles and publishing.
• Harvesting process for Hardware.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies within asset management processes.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper accounting and financial reporting of assets.
• Stay current with trends and developments in asset management practices, technology, and regulations, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
• Drive the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on asset management performance.
• Strong understanding of HAM and SAM asset management principles, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
