People's Growth HR Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional (HAM+SAM) for a remote role. The candidate should have 10-11 years of experience, strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, and experience in documenting processes and dashboards for senior management.

Responsibilities include handling ServiceNow tasks, managing CI records for assets, collaborating with procurement and finance, and driving KPI-based reporting. Immediate joiner preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage asset lifecycle and HAM/SAM processes across teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation for asset management.
• Analyze data and generate dashboards for senior management.
• Attend regular client meetings to document requirements.
• Work with ServiceNow tickets (tasks, incidents, changes).
• Create and manage ServiceNow CI records for assets and servers.
• Create knowledge articles and publish them for users.
• Harvest hardware assets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance for asset accounting.
• Monitor KPIs and asset performance, reporting gaps and trends.
• Stay updated on asset management regulations and best practices.
• Proactively identify risks and communicate issues with stakeholders.

Title: IT Asset Management(HAM+SAM)

Location: Remote

Timings: Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Required)
Experience: 10-11 Years

Must have skills:

• knowledge of lifecycle management of Asset Management.
• Experience in creating process documents.
• Analyzing the data and generating a dashboard to senior management.
• Attend regular meetings with Clients to document the requirements.
• Knowledge on ServiceNow Tickets(Tasks, Incident, Change request).
• Knowledge on ServiceNow to Create and Manage CI(Assets, Server).
• Creating Knowledge Articles and publishing.
• Harvesting process for Hardware.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies within asset management processes.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper accounting and financial reporting of assets.
• Stay current with trends and developments in asset management practices, technology, and regulations, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
• Drive the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on asset management performance.
• Strong understanding of HAM and SAM asset management principles, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
