• Ensure functional and technical designs meet business requirements and Dow standards.
• Collaborate with Senior Solution Manager and cross functional teams in planning.
• Provide expert level run-the-business support for Integrated Supply Chain teams.
• Participate in timely implementations of strategic solutions.
• Deliver solutions independently and support project phases.
• Provide on-call coverage 24x7 as needed by run-the-business teams.
• Limited off-hours work to support upgrades and implementations.
