Job summary

Dow in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Implementation Analyst to drive end-to-end IT implementations across software, infrastructure, and data migration. You will analyze business needs, design solutions, and support cutover and hypercare activities to ensure successful deployment.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and project coordination skills, with a focus on Dow architecture standards and stakeholder alignment. This is a full-time on-site position in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and build consensus.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze error trends, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend effective long-term fixes.
• Communication: Exceptional capability to translate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business users.
• Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, operating systems, networking, integrations, application development etc..
• Project Management: Ability to coordinate software implementations, upgrades, and testing phases with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.
• Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements.
• Documents detailed designs of solutions.
• Good understanding & practical exposure to System Configuration, Data Analysis & Migration and Quality Assurance & Testing.
• Assists with defect management & issue resolution.
• Designing training materials and conducting workshops to educate end-users on product features, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Helps ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision.
