Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects across planning, timelines, risks and delivery follow-ups.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on tech initiatives.
• Perform ROI and cost-benefit analyses for technology investments.
• Validate architecture designs to improve performance, security and scalability.
• Automate operations using AI tools and no/low-code solutions.
• Develop AI agents to automate business processes and productivity.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and emerging tech.
• Prepare monthly MIS decks for leadership.
• Support IT budgeting activities.
• Organize webinars, workshops and hackathons to accelerate AI adoption.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Managing IT projects across planning, stakeholder coordination, timelines, risks, status reporting and delivery follow-ups
• Working closely with the business stakeholders understanding their requirements/pain areas and translating them into technology enabled solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams and vendors on various technology initiatives for end-to-end project delivery
• Performing ROI and cost-benefit analyses to support technology investment decisions and value realization
• Validating architecture designs and recommending improvements to enhance performance, security and scalability
• Automating operational activities by leveraging AI tools and no code / low code solutions
• Developing AI agents for automating business processes and improving employee productivity
• Staying updated on AI advancements and emerging technologies
• Preparing monthly MIS decks for leadership team
• Supporting in IT budget related activities
