Overview

The IT Manager plays a crucial role in our organization by overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and security of our IT systems. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure and supporting the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
  2. Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring effective workflow and skill development.
  3. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
  4. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions.
  5. Coordinate IT projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the IT department.
  3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
  4. Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
