Job description

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Work Shift: EST Timings (05:00 PM IST – 02:00 AM IST)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the digital marketing world as well as a bit of the web/app/software world (ideal).

We seek an individual who is passionate about Sales and Client Relations and is willing to continue and grow in this domain.

The ideal candidate has a way with prospects and customers without bugging them; enjoys conversations and listens more than talks.

Additionally, the candidate should have a flair for preparing neat presentations and contracts and be smooth in delivering and walking clients through them.

We value someone who is updated with the latest trends and is constantly learning by keeping their eyes and ears open.

Responsibilities:
PART A - SALES/GROWTH
  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, including developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to achieve revenue and sales numbers.
  2. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, target markets, and customer needs, and develop sales strategies to capture new business.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including digital marketing specialists, designers, and content creators, to prepare digital marketing proposals.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to develop sales targets, budgets, and forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, client retention, and market trends.
PART B - REVENUE/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
  1. Build relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  2. Act as a conduit between the operations team and customers, identifying and resolving early issues.
  3. Ensure invoicing is accurate and timely, addressing any payment issues from the client end and raising alarms on deviations.
  4. Conduct QAR, NPS, and CSAT surveys with clients.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Degrees are secondary if you have what it takes to deliver for this role.
