Job Summary

• Manage the whole production process, production planning, schedule and coordinate with all other departments to achieve optimal production results.
• Furnish timely reports to analyze and achieve production targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle overall production in the unit(s).
• Coordinate with various departments such as sales and warehouse.
• Maintain and promote GMP in the shop floor.
• Train new recruits.
• Maintain a team and furnish timely reports.
• Plan production according to warehouse inventory levels.
• Take on the challenge of creating better and more efficient systems in the plant.
