Working closely with enterprise, domain, and solution architects, you will ensure that architectural decisions align with strategic objectives and support a consistent, optimized information systems landscape. You will play a key role in promoting standardization, interoperability, simplification, and technology reuse across multiple business areas and divisions. The position combines architectural guidance, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to help elevate enterprise architecture maturity. This is an opportunity to influence technology strategy, support informed decision-making, and contribute to a more connected, efficient, and future-ready digital environment.

Accountabilities
  • Define, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, methodologies, and reusable architectural building blocks.

  • Collaborate with Domain Architects to ensure domain architectures align with the enterprise architecture vision, strategic direction, and target-state architecture.

  • Drive standardization, simplification, interoperability, reuse, and optimization across the information systems landscape.

  • Provide guidance and support to Domain Architects and Solution Architects, promoting consistent application of architecture principles, standards, and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to enterprise architecture governance processes, including architecture reviews, compliance assessments, and the evaluation of architectural risks and deviations.

  • Support the documentation, assessment, and management of architecture decisions, exceptions, and compliance requirements.

  • Promote the adoption of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, tools, and governance practices across business areas and divisions.

  • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among enterprise architecture, domain architecture, solution architecture, technology, and business stakeholders.

  • Strengthen architecture practice maturity by encouraging consistent processes, transparent decision-making, and effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Monitor emerging technologies, industry developments, and architectural best practices to identify opportunities to improve governance and architecture capabilities.

  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of architecture standards and practices to support business priorities, technology transformation, and long-term organizational goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture, Domain Architecture, Solution Architecture, technology consulting, or a related architectural field.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, standards, governance processes, and reference architecture design.

  • Experience developing, maintaining, or implementing architecture methodologies, standards, and reusable architectural assets.

  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling tools, preferably TOGAF and Ardoq.

  • Experience participating in architecture reviews, compliance assessments, risk evaluations, and exception management processes.

  • Proven ability to work within complex, decentralized, matrixed, or multi-division organizations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to evaluating architectural challenges and identifying practical solutions.

  • Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to maintain clear architecture standards, decision records, and governance documentation.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence decisions without direct authority.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams across different functions and organizational levels.

  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning, architectural consistency, and the adoption of evolving industry best practices.

Benefits
