Job summary

Tenarai in Bengaluru, India is seeking a network engineer to design, implement, and support routing and switching infrastructure for green field data centers.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper gear, IP networking, and experience with IPv4/IPv6, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, and Linux-based troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper routers and switches.
• Deployment and support of enterprise or service-provider-grade network platforms.
• Experience coordinating large-scale network hardware installations.
• Working knowledge of Linux and OS-level tools used for networking and troubleshooting.

• Network Hardware Expertise

• Strong proficiency in IP routing and switching
• Practical experience with:
• TCP/IP
• BGP
• IS-IS

• Experience operating in a dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 environment
• Experience coordinating and executing large-scale network hardware installations
• Ability to perform complex network configurations accurately
• Working knowledge of Linux and OS-level tools relevant to networking and troubleshooting.
