Qualifications

• Graduate with healthcare or life sciences background preferred.
• Minimum 2–8 years overall experience with at least 3 years in acute care coding.
• Proficient in ICD-10-CM/PCS coding and DRG/APC grouping.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes for inpatient, outpatient, and ED records.
• Ensure coding accuracy and regulatory compliance across clients.
• Audit and review coded data for quality and consistency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding changes and clinical documentation standards.
• Collaborate with clinical documentation, operations, and quality teams.

Job Summary:
