We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic IP DRG Service Delivery Head to lead and manage end-to-end service delivery operations.

Job Title: IP DRG (Service Delivery Head)

Location: Chennai, India

Experience: 15+ Years (Minimum 12 years in IP DRG specialization)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 15 years of total experience with at least 12 years in the IP DRG specialization.
2. Current hands-on experience with IP DRG projects is mandatory.
3. Proven experience in managing 150+ FTEs in a delivery role.
4. Relevant certifications in IP DRG or healthcare delivery required.
5. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
