Job summary

CodelogicX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata is seeking a skilled IoT Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and deploy IoT solutions.

You will work with embedded systems, cloud platforms, and device communication protocols, building end-to-end applications, firmware, and APIs, while ensuring secure data handling and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IoT application development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C, C++, or Java.
• Experience with microcontrollers and development boards (ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, Modbus, CAN, BLE, Zigbee, LoRaWAN, TCP/IP).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments and Git/CI-CD practices.
• Understanding of IoT security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IoT applications and connected device solutions.
• Develop firmware and software for microcontrollers, sensors, and edge devices.
• Integrate IoT devices with cloud platforms and backend systems.
• Implement device communication using MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, CoAP, BLE, Zigbee, or LoRaWAN.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize device performance and data transmission.
