Experience: 5 to 7 years
Education: BE/BTECH from Computer Science
Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Bangalore

Required Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of any APM/Observability solution through past APM/Observability experience, product training, and hands-on experience, acting as both a technical advisor and enablement specialist supporting critical business applications in the customer environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Must have worked in Dynatrace or any other observability tools to deploy, analyze, and integrate at the organizational level.
2. Excellent knowledge of application server technologies, their operation, and troubleshooting.
3. Exposure to programming languages such as C++, Java, Asp.Net, J2EE.
4. Build deep technical expertise on the APM/Observability product and application stacks to address business and technical issues.
5. Help business teams set up policies, alerts, dashboards, and custom configurations for full visibility into their environment.
6. Train users on best practices and APM/Observability features to proactively monitor performance and identify bottlenecks.
7. Function as a front-line technical resource for best practices and informal questions.
8. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions for optimization.
9. Manage competing requests across simultaneous engagements.
10. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and distributions.
11. Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies.
12. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
