Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking a Senior Associate/Delivery Lead to support its Private Equity fund client. The role involves fund accounting, investor reporting, capital calls, and performance monitoring. You will work as an extended team member, handling multiple funds and ensuring timely deliverables with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of experience in PE fund accounting and strong MS Office skills. MBA or post-graduate qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle NAV and financials for PE/RE/PC funds, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Manage capital calls and distributions and investor notices.
• Onboard new funds in accounting platforms (Investran, Geneva, eFront).
• Maintain cash reconciliations and fund data quality across systems.
• Support client relationships and deliverables on daily, weekly and monthly cadences.

• Designation: Senior Associate/ Delivery Lead
• Years of Experience: 3 to 8 yrs

Job Purpose

The individual will play a key role in supporting its Private Equity fund client. The professional will be closely working as an extended team member for the client and will assist them in accounting, investment due diligence, portfolio monitoring and investor reporting services.

Key Responsibilities

• NAV and Financials of the PE/RE/PC and Hybrid Funds that including knowledge of Journal Entries, preparing monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices including all Fund accounting and reporting tasks knowledge
• Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors
• Creating / updating fund track record and reconciling the data using cash flow notices
• Managing the client relationships for the Funds and individually handle the deliverable requirements on daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly basis
• Onboard new Funds in the accounting platforms (Investran, Geneva, eFront, etc)
• Cash reconciliation for funds
• Core system administration & functional support: create/manage entities, investors, GL accounts
• User access & issue resolution: permissioning, troubleshooting with FIS/Investran support
• Reporting support (SSRS): maintain, tweak, and enhance existing reports; limited net-new build using templates
• Data management & remediation: bulk updates, corrections, and data quality fixes
• Operational support: run existing reports and support business requests from the system
• System maintenance & environments: manage UAT refreshes, validate connections, support testing cycles
• Upgrade support: assist with quarterly upgrades, testing, and validation cycles
• MBA or other Post-Graduate or Professional Degree from a reputed Institute
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit, Co-investment, Fund of Funds
• Should have prior experience\knowledge of PE/RE/PC Fund Accounting
• Knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of databases including Investran, I level, EFront, other accounting software is an added advantage
• Ability to take complete ownership and deliver the projects as per client requirements and timeline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct high-quality project-level conversations with clients
