Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Investor Relations Representative to manage communication with investors, shareholders, financial analysts, and other capital-market stakeholders. The candidate will support investor presentations, financial communication, market research, investor engagement, and regulatory disclosure activities.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial statements, capital markets, investor communication, and corporate governance, along with strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• 1. Investor Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Manage communication with shareholders, investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Respond to investor queries professionally and within defined timelines.
• Maintain records of investor interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Support investor grievance management and stakeholder engagement.
• 2. Investor Presentations & Financial Communication
• Prepare investor presentations, company profiles, financial highlights, and management reports.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual investor communication materials.
• Develop earnings call scripts, management talking points, and investor Q&A documents.
• Convert complex financial and business information into clear, concise presentations.
• 3. Investor Meetings & Events
• Coordinate investor meetings, analyst calls, earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows.
• Prepare meeting schedules, presentations, briefing documents, and follow-up reports.
• Maintain documentation of investor meetings and key discussions.
• 4. Financial Analysis & Market Intelligence
• Analyse financial statements, business performance, financial KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, market developments, and investor sentiment.
• Track relevant developments in the EV, battery, energy storage, and renewable energy sectors.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and business insights for senior management.
• 5. Regulatory & Compliance Support
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretarial teams on investor-related activities.
• Support stock exchange disclosures, corporate announcements, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure investor communication follows applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of price-sensitive and other sensitive corporate information.
• 6. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collect and validate financial and operational information from internal teams.
• Coordinate with senior management, external consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Support updates to the Investor Relations section of the company website.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
