Advenxa Recruitment is seeking an Investment Sales Officer to drive new client acquisition and cross-sell a range of financial products. The role requires building strong client relationships and conducting financial assessments to meet goals.

The position is based in Angamaly and surrounding areas in Kerala, with a 70% travel expectation. A bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in sales/marketing within finance are required.

Job Description:

Investment Sales Officer

Location: Angamaly; Aluva, Kalady, Perumbavur, Irinjalakuda, Mala, Chalakkudy, Kodungallur, Chentrappinni

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing within the financial or asset management industry.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree is mandatory.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)

Responsibilities:

• New Client Acquisition
• Cross-Selling:Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients financial goals and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Achievement of Targets:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Travel requirement::Up to 70% travel

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
