Qualifications

About the Department:

• Performance Attribution (Eq/Bal) team provides critical portfolio insights that support investment decisions and client reporting. The team collaborates with advisory, risk, investment, compliance, and legal partners to ensure high-quality, compliant outputs. You will work in a collaborative, analytical environment and gain exposure to advanced portfolio analytics and cross-functional stakeholders.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education Certifications:

• Bachelor s degree in finance or quantitative field.
• 6+ years in asset management or financial services.
• Experience with portfolio performance and risk.
• CFA, FRM, or CIPM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with FactSet or Aladdin platforms.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Programming in Python, SQL, or Alteryx.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Snowflake.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Effective time and priority management.
