Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION in Bengaluru is seeking an Investment Performance Associate to provide core performance measurement and attribution services across asset classes, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely delivery for internal stakeholders and external clients.

You will deliver client communications, liaise with global teams, support a risk-excellence culture, and contribute to process improvements while leveraging Excel, VBA and SQL to drive reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical aptitude with analytical thinking.
• Experience in performance measurement and attribution.
• Familiarity with Excel, VBA and SQL for reporting.
• CFA or CIPM designation is preferred.
• Asset management experience is advantageous.

Who we are looking for

The Investment Performance Associate provides core performance measurement and attribution services supporting internal stakeholders and external clients. The role ensures accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of investment performance data across asset classes, while contributing to operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

What you will be responsible for

• Expert knowledge in Equity & Multi Asset & Fixed Income Performance & Attribution Project Management experience and on-boarding new clients
• Deliver Client Communications and interactions with use of expert knowledge
• Liaise with global teams and provide client & stakeholder support
• Good working knowledge of GIPS compliance
• Deliver timely change management solutions
• Support a 'Risk Excellence' culture within the business
