Job summary

State Street in Bengaluru is seeking an Investment Performance Analyst to provide core performance measurement and attribution services across asset classes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of data to internal stakeholders and external clients.

You will liaise with global teams, onboard new clients, deliver client communications, maintain compliance with GIPS, and contribute to a culture of risk excellence while supporting a flexible, regionally aligned work model.

Qualifications

• Mathematical based subjects preferred.
• Strong experience preferably within an Asset Management house.
• CFA or CIPM Beneficial.
• Performance measurement platforms are essential. Excel, VBA and SQL are key skills.

The Investment Performance Associate provides core performance measurement and attribution services supporting internal stakeholders and external clients. The role ensures accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of investment performance data across asset classes, while contributing to operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.
