Role Description

The Investment Banking Intern at Meritshot will support deal analysis and execution by assisting in financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of pitch books and client presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting industry and company research, analyzing financial statements, and helping with due diligence on potential transactions. The intern will collaborate with team members to compile market insights, track key performance indicators, and contribute to investment memos and internal reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring a strong commitment to learning and contributing in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate business performance, and support transaction decision-making.
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Investments to understand capital markets, corporate finance concepts, and investment strategies.

• Candidates should possess Due Diligence skills to assist in reviewing financial, operational, and market information for potential deals.
