Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for infrastructure assets, particularly road/highway projects.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and refinancing transactions.
• Perform financial due diligence, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and risk assessment for infrastructure investments.
• Coordinate with technical, legal, tax, and external advisors during transactions.
• Support fundraising, strategic initiatives, and portfolio optimization.
• Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and market benchmarks.
