Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage, train, and mentor a team of 3 Store Keepers. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Inventory Control & Reporting: Oversee inventory tracking using Excel, Tally, and Zoho Inventory. Ensure accurate cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and approve inventory adjustments.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material receiving, storage, and issuance. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, reduce handling times, and minimize stock variances.
  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to prioritize material requisitions and resolve supply issues. Raise critical shortages or delays to the Inventory Manager in a timely manner.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure proper handling and storage of space-grade materials in compliance with ESD and safety protocols. Conduct periodic audits of records and physical stock; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present weekly inventory status and team performance reports. Maintain clear documentation for inbound/outbound transactions, audits, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Tally ERP, and Zoho Inventory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Desired Skills
  • Prior exposure to aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with barcode/RFID systems and warehouse safety certifications.
  • Ability to analyse data trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
