Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin and Inventory Manager to oversee administrative operations and inventory control in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes, vendor coordination, facility management, and ensure efficient inventory management systems are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations:

  • Oversee daily administrative and office management tasks
  • Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to internal standards
  • Manage facility upkeep, security, and maintenance activities
  • Handle vendor contracts and service agreements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Optimize administrative costs and processes
  • Prepare and present administrative reports for management

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate availability
  • Implement and maintain inventory control policies and systems
  • Ensure timely receipt, proper storage, and dispatch of materials
  • Conduct stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for smooth operations
  • Control costs related to inventory and procurement
  • Generate inventory reports and analytics

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative and inventory management roles
  • Preferably from renewable energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory/ERP tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
