Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for a fast-paced manufacturing facility to own inventory accuracy, drive cycle counts, and ensure smooth product flow from warehouse to location and back.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory control and cycle counts, with SAP, Excel, and Word proficiency; forklift certification is preferred. This position offers hands-on responsibility in reporting and enforcing FIFO/FEFO practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field (BA/Analytics/Accounting).
• 3–5 years of inventory control experience.
• 3–5 years in cycle count and inventory movements.
• SAP knowledge preferred; Excel and Word proficiency.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory orders and log received and taken items; move products between locations as needed.
• Investigate daily warehouse management inventory issues.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on cycle count results and inventory
• Complete SAP transactions with accurate entry and documentation.
• Maintain smooth and efficient inventory operations in the warehouse.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO policies with proper controls.

A Day in the Life:

As an Inventory Control Coordinator , you’ll be at the center of a high-speed manufacturing operation, owning inventory accuracy and keeping product flowing without interruption. You’ll drive a relentless cycle count program, execute precise inventory transactions, and maintain tight control of material movement across the facility. From tracking post-production inventory activity to leading monthly physical inventories, you’ll identify discrepancies, solve problems fast, and ensure every unit is accounted for. This role demands a detail-driven, results-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence.

The Impact You’ll Make:

• Process inventory orders, log items that have been received and items that have been taken from inventory, and moves product from the warehouse to the required location, and vice versa.
• Investigate daily warehouse management inventory issues
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on cycle count results, inventory reports, etc., check for accuracy
• Complete SAP transactions in a timely manner with accurate entry and documentation as needed
• Keep inventory operations smooth and efficient in the warehouse
• Implement adequate controls and measures to ensure compliance First In First Out (FIFO)/First Expired First Out (FEFO) policies

Who You Are:

• Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of – Business Administration, Business Analytics, Accounting, or similar field of study
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in inventory control
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in cycle count and inventory movements
• Computer Skills Desired: SAP knowledge preferred. Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word
• Preferred Certifications: Forklift certification - preferred
