Job summary

Caterpillar Bengaluru seeks a dedicated professional to serve as the central point of contact for claims and returns-related customer support. You will resolve inquiries, maintain timely communication, and collaborate across functions to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing shared inboxes, supporting customers in Salesforce, and maintaining returns schedules, with daily use of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Inventory Management: Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management.
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
