About us:

We are actively seeking a strong Technical Recruiter to join our successful team in Hyderabad. The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.

Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: A.S. Rao Nagar, Hyderabad

Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
2. Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
3. Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
4. Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
5. Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
6. Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
7. Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
8. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
9. Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems/Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered.
2. Must have a minimum of 6+ months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
3. Must have hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS-based Direct Clients.

Salary: ₹12,406.01 – ₹44,870.41 per month
