Job summary

Insight Global in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Digital Fullstack Developer to work remotely for 6 months, then hybrid onsite in Bengaluru, aligning with UK hours to overlap US clients. The role centers on web development, building scalable, secure applications and supporting DevSecOps and cloud deployments in ADM standards.

The candidate will review, implement, and maintain designs, provide technical guidance, and mentor the team while ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience as a full stack developer (60% front end).
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• 4+ years of experience with React or Vue; React JS experience preferred.
• 4+ years of Python/SQL Server experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
• 2+ years of experience with Axios or equivalent for API calls.
• Experience with Github and Docker for deployment.
• Knowledge of Security Standards - SAML, OAuth, or MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library).
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with deploying to Azure cloud.
• Understanding on Application Integration, exposure to Data Modeling and Data Architecture.
• Awareness on Infrastructure as Code (PowerShell, ARM, Terraform).
• Awareness to Quality Assurance activities (Load testing and automated testing).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall Web Application development solutions within their scope, including back-end, front-end, DevSecOps and cloud deployment activities.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to understand requirements and plan architecture to meet integration needs.
• Promote web and mobile application creation strategies, standards, patterns and conventions.
• Provide technological guidance, road-maps, principles, standards and best practices.
• Provide oversight and coaching to team members.
• Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
• Monitor application design and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

A fortune 100 organization is seeking a Senior Digital Fullstack Developer that will work remotely for the first 6 months and then be required sit hybrid onsite in Bengaluru India for long-term position working UK hours to overlap with the US. This role will be focused on Web development and will build according to ADM and industry integration standards. We will utilize these standards to design solutions that meet operational requirements including scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability and manageability. The role is responsible for reviewing and performing the development, implementation, maintenance and support of designs and provides oversight of applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall Web Application development solutions within their scope. This role entails both Back-end, Front-end as well as supporting DevSecOps and Cloud deployment activities. and could also focus on Mobile solutions.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand the business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions to leverage integration needs. Partner with back-end teams to support integration strategy to leverage key data digitally within ADM
• Ability to leverage and promote Web and Mobile application creation strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns and conventions.
