Job Description (JD)

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior developers and mentors on production‑grade industry projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established architectural patterns.
• Participate actively in code reviews, daily stand‑ups, and sprint planning meetings.

The 3‑Month Foundation track focuses on core skills, mentorship, and project shadowing. The 6‑Month Professional track includes deeper technical exposure, leadership opportunities, and full‑cycle project delivery for candidates ready to take on greater responsibility.

The 3‑Month Foundation program fee is ₹5,000 – ₹10,000. The 6‑Month Professional program fee is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000. Final fee depends on the selected role and program track. Fee details are shown when you apply.

We offer flexible arrangements based on the role and project requirements. Many interns work in a hybrid model from our Kolhapur office, with remote options available for suitable positions. Details are shared during the selection process.
