Our practice areas include Corporate Law, ROC Compliances, Intellectual Property (IPR), and Litigation before various forums such as DRT, NCLT and District Courts, Consumer Courts.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in a broad range of legal and compliance matters, with a primary focus on ROC compliances and filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle ROC compliances, including drafting annual reports, annual filings, and other statutory submissions.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and notices.
• Support legal consulting projects by ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Manage Trade Mark matters including search reports, filing, oppositions, and counter-statements.
• Assist in litigation matters before DRT, District Courts, Consumer Courts, and NCLT.
• Provide general legal and administrative support to the legal team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing LL.B.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Knowledge of ROC compliance procedures and MCA filings preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases.
