Job summary

P A & Partners (Advocates & Solicitors) in Delhi invites driven law students to join as Legal Interns at their Pitampura office. This internship provides hands-on exposure to courtroom practice, litigation strategy, and practical legal reasoning under experienced practitioners.

Eligibility includes enrollment in an LL.B or BA LL.B, a passion for litigation, strong drafting and research skills, and attention to detail. Prior internship experience before Delhi courts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a recognized Law Degree program (LL.B / B.A. LL.B).
• Strong passion for litigation, legal research, legal drafting, and active court practice.
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Added Advantage: Prior internship experience before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, or specialized Tribunals.

Responsibilities

• Legal research and drafting: Conduct thorough legal research and draft briefs, case notes, written statements, and petitions.
• Courtroom & Judicial Exposure: Assist in active litigation matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, MACT Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and other key forums.
• Case Preparation: Assist in client conferences, create comprehensive case compilations, and prepare strategy notes for hearings.
• Multi-disciplinary Practice: Gain exposure across Civil Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Litigation, Cyber Crime, PBPT, and Arbitration.

About the Opportunity

This internship is designed to give ambitious law students realistic, hands-on exposure to courtroom practice and litigation strategy. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will gain deep operational insights into navigating various judicial forums across Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling briefs, case notes, written statements, and petitions.
• Courtroom & Judicial Exposure: Assist in active litigation matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, MACT Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and other key judicial forums.
• Case Preparation: Assist in client conferences, create comprehensive case compilations, and prepare strategy notes for upcoming hearings.
