Position Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed LL.B. (4th or 5th year) or LL.M.

• Strong interest in corporate law, startups, and intellectual property.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining Employment Contracts, Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Commercial Agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Assist the legal team in reviewing and preparing Shareholder Agreements.
• Conduct legal research on Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, and regulatory developments affecting the business.
• Maintain legal records, contract repositories, IP databases, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams including HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
