Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment contracts, NDAs, commercial agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist the legal team in reviewing and preparing shareholder agreements.
• Conduct legal research on corporate laws, intellectual property rights, and regulatory developments impacting the business.
• Maintain organized legal records, contract repositories, IP databases, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Operations, and external consultants on legal and compliance matters.
