About the Internship

The selected intern will work closely with the legal team and gain hands‑on experience in legal research, contract review, compliance, documentation, and various corporate legal processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good legal research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Keen interest in Corporate and Commercial Law.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Interest in contracts, compliance, legal research, and corporate legal operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on relevant legal and regulatory matters.
• Prepare case briefs and research notes.
• Assist the Legal Team with document formatting and quality checks.
• Assist with contract review and compliance-related work.
• Proofread legal and corporate documents.
